Originally from Queensland, Wendy travelled extensively overseas before happily settling in Dunedin in 1990. She entered real estate in 1991 and has lived and breathed the industry ever since. A true people person, Wendy believes there’s no other career which would allow her to get to know so many wonderful people, work closely with people from all backgrounds and achieve such career satisfaction through helping others.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Wendy is the consultant to see for knowledge, experience and a reliable eye for market trends. She’s involved with the running of the Otago Property Investors Association, in which she helps investors gain knowledge for their personal and financial freedom and maintain great relationships with their tenants. A hands-on landlord herself, Wendy’s investment knowledge in the Dunedin market is second to none.

She prides herself on going the extra mile for clients and she recognises her primary goal is to help buyers and sellers move forward in their lives.
